Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the quality of the products or service provided, please write back to us highlighting your concern.. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their subscriptions. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via Contact Us link. 

Alternately, you can Cancel your subscription directly through the mobile app. By clicking on the ‘Edit Subscription’ option available on the sidebar of your Home Page, you can cancel your subscription conveniently. Please note that cancelation requests received later than 2 business days prior to the delivery date will be treated as cancellation of services for the next week.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality of products for all our customers.
However, in case you are not completely satisfied with our products, we shall investigate the issue further and take the necessary action to correct the same. Please note that no refund will be provided against any basket on account of quality issues. If you are dissatisfied with the quality/condition in which the products within the basket have reached you, we urge you to capture a picture of the same through your mobile application and send it to us. Provided the reasons for discontent are justified, we shall replace the product in your subsequent basket and/or take corrective measures to address any service-related issues. You also have the option to provide us your valuable feedback from time to time, using the mobile application. Your concerns will be duly addressed.
