A cross between Neelam and Dasheri, this variety tops the list when it comes to sweetness. Brix value for Mallika, which is an indicator of it's sweetness, can go up to 28 in many cases. The firm texture of its flesh makes it perfect for dicing and refrigeration upto months and can be used in desserts later. The size of the fruit is generally large, between 500 to 800 gms per fruit.
